Harris County DA Office accepted charges against Lisa Carroll of Baytown

On May 28^th at 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance with a firearm at an apartment in the 2300 block of Taft Circle. Upon arrival officers learned that a male and female had been in an argument and during that argument the female, identified as 50 year old Lisa Carroll of Baytown, had allegedly pulled a gun on the male. Although the male did not wish to pursue charges, due to the nature of the call officers contacted the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and advised them of the facts of the case and charges of Deadly Conduct-Threats with a Weapon were accepted on Lisa, who was then placed under arrest and transported to the Baytown Jail.
