Delivery Driver observed a male exiting the rear of the truck with 4 6-packs of beer

On Thursday, June 25^th at 9:07 a.m., Baytown police responded to Power Mart located at 721 Park Street in reference to a theft.  The delivery truck driver told police as he was returning to his truck, he observed a black male exiting the rear of the delivery truck with four 6-packs of beer, totaling $24.00.  The male subject described as slim build, 5’9”, and wearing a black shirt, black pants and a black cap on his head, entered a black Chevrolet Malibu passenger vehicle and fled the location.
