Seizure, PCS, Tampering with Evidence, and Fictitious name on one Traffic Stop

BAYTOWN - On Thursday, June 25th at 7:30 p.m., Baytown police initiated a traffic stop in the 4900 block of Garth Road.  The officer requested additional units to the location because there were four people inside of the vehicle.   As officers approached the vehicle, the driver began to have a seizure.  EMS was called to the scene and the driver was taken to Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital for medical care.  The front-seat passenger, identified as Marsha Starr was arrested on three local warrants and PCS; the rear passenger, identified as Tandus Rizos was arrested for Tampering with Evidence after the officer observed her chewing on a plastic baggie which she confirmed had methamphetamine inside; and the male passenger, identified as Ramon White was arrested for Failure to Identify after he gave the officer a fictitious name.
