BPD need the Public Assistance in identifying an Assault Suspect with a Cloverleaf Tattoo on the Neck Area

On July 1st at 5:09 p.m., officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a gun at the Verve Apartments located in the 3200 block of Garth. Upon arrival, officers contacted the complainant, an employee of the complex, and learned that earlier in the day she had observed a suspicious male walking around the complex. The complainant followed the male and observed him break a window to an apartment and when she confronted the male he claimed he needed to get inside the apartment to get some of his belongings, which struck the complainant as odd. The suspect then pulled a gun on the complainant and demanded she open the apartment. The complainant was able to convince the suspect she needed to go get the keys from her office, at which time she was able to retreat into an office and lock the door and call the police. The suspect fled the scene before the officers arrived but is described as a Hispanic male in his 20’s with short hair and a cloverleaf tattoo on his cheek. Police are investigating.

If you have any information leading up to the whereabouts of the suspect, you are asked to call the Baytown Crimestoppers at 281-427-TIPS or the Baytown Police Detective Division at 281-420-6646. You can remain anonymous.
