On July 30th at 10:58 a.m., officers responded to a report of a loud disturbance at an apartment in the 6900 block of North Main. Upon arrival officers observed two subjects, a male and a female, standing outside of an apartment, engaged in a loud argument. As officers attempted to speak with the parties, the male continued to be loud, belligerent and refused to provide officers his name. Ultimately officers were able to ascertain the males identity and after talking to the female and determining no assault occurred, the male was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Failure to Identify and was subsequently provided a courtesy ride to Buc-ee’s where he was released to a relative for the night to prevent any further altercations between him and the female.
