BAYTOWN - On Friday, July 31, 2020, Baytown Officers were dispatched to a report of a young teen with a gun making comments about Black Lives Matter, and wanting to kill white people in the 1600 block of Garth. The officers checked the area but were unable to locate the kid.
According to Lt. Steve Dorris, he said; “we couldn't find the alleged teen but at this time, we aren't sure if it was legit or not.”
There is a newly formed Daycare located at 1600 Garth Road, that is owned by African Americans.
It is not confirmed if the terrorist threat was aimed directly to the newly founded Child Care or other area businesses.
