BAYTOWN - On Friday, July 24, 2020, around 5:25 p.m, a female citizen flagged down a Baytown officer that just completed a traffic stop to notify the officer about a robbery in progress. The suspected robbery in progress was located in the 7100 Block of Garth Road.
Lt. Steve Dorris said in the statement; "It turned out not to be a robbery after all."
