BAYTOWN - Around 7:00 p.m., First Responders responded to the 7900 Block of Charles Place. the cross street of Hartman Drive in reference to a 7-month old baby drowning in a pool. According to dispatch, the callers were non-English speakers.
Dispatch informed the first responders that the baby boy was rescued and started to breathe on its own.
The baby was transported to a local area hospital.
