Around 7:00 p.m., on August 10, 2020, the first responders responded to the 4900 block of Interstate 10 at the Motel 6 and found a 30-year-old male that was found deceased inside a motel room. He passed away from an apparent self-inflicted injury. According to another news source, the male was found hanging.
Lt Steve Dorris said; "We typically do not release details surrounding these types of deaths, first out of respect and consideration for the family and secondly because most media outlets do not cover them for the same reason."
