City Council awarded the second renewal of the Annual Repair Clamps Contract with ACT Pipe and Supply, Inc., in the amount of $98,808.07. ACT Pipe and Supply, Inc., did not request the CPI increase for this contract term.
Supplies provided under this contract will be used for water rehabilitation and water distribution projects and repairs, water taps, and other utility construction projects.
