City Council considered an ordinance rejects all bids received for the Annual Sludge Disposal Contract.

City staff is recommending that all bids be rejected.  Bids received were in excess of the department budget, and the staff believes that is in the best interest of the City to rebid the contract with revised quantity amounts to stay within their budget.  Staff will rebid the contract and present it to the City Council for an award at a later date.
