MCNAIR - A report of a shooting that happened on Jones/Perry, around 5:30 p.m. on December 22, 2020. Baytown Police Office reported that a victim walked-in to the local area hospital.
HCSO responded to the hospital where the victim was and also responded to the scene of where the shooting happened.
HCSO said in a statement; "A male, 34, was standing on the corner of N Perry and Jones with a group of other individuals. He told deputies he felt pain in the back of his head. He was transported by a family member to Houston Methodist Baytown, TX, with a small laceration. It was undetermined the cause of the laceration, it did not penetrate the skull. He did not wish to pursue any charges."
