On February 21st at 2:2 a.m., officers attempted a to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Ward Road and North Alexander. As the officer activated his emergency equipment the vehicle pulled into the parking lot of Casa Ole but failed to come to a complete stop. The vehicle/suspect would continue on through the intersection of Ward and North Alexander, pulling into the parking lot of a convenience store in this intersection, where it came to a stop. As the officer exited his vehicle, the suspect accelerated and began fleeing from the officer. The officer would pursue the suspect vehicle through the nearby neighborhood, eventually getting stuck in a muddy field at the dead end of 3rd Street. The driver of the suspect vehicle, a white male with a bald head, exited the vehicle and fled through the open field and was ultimately able to elude capture.

A suspect led HCSO District 1 on a short pursuit
Harris County District 1 sheriff deputies have arrested a subject wanted in numerous armed robberies after a short pursuit. Currently, the details are scratchy for the moment, but the pursuit happened on February 07, 2020, at 8:07 PM.
