BAYTOWN - On January 28th officer located and arrested 64-year-old Linda Powers and 32-year-old Jacob Powers on outstanding warrants in the 1700 block of South Main in Highlands after they were observed leaving their residence. Both subjects were transported to the Baytown Jail and booked on the following warrants.
