Assault however the complainant did not wish to pursue charges

BAYTOWN - On April 20^th officers responded to the lobby of the Police Department for a report of a past assault. Upon arrival officers contacted the complainant who advised she and her adult daughter had been in an argument and during that argument the daughter grabbed the complainant by the arms. Officers spoke with the daughter as well and while she acknowledged the argument she denied putting her hands on her mother. The complainant did not wish to pursue charges.
