Harris County DA Office declined charges of terroristic threats of

 On April 21^st at 5:11 p.m., officers responded to a report of a threat at the Focused Health Care in the  4100 block of Allenbrook. Upon arrival, officers learned a family member of a patient of the facility had called the facility and made threats towards the facility. The family member was apparently upset about the quality of care her family member was receiving. Charges were declined by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
