On April 22nd at 11:00 a.m., officers were in the area of the 2200 block of J.B. Lefevre when they observed two males and a female standing behind a building. When the subjects noticed the officers they all fled. One of the males and a female fled down the railroad tracks, both on bicycles. The officers pursued the subjects, who refused to stop and eventually made their way to the bike trails. As the officers pursued the male and female on the bike trail, the female crashed her bike into a bush and the officers were able to apprehend her, however the male was able to get away. The female, identified as 40 year old Angelica Andrade of Baytown was transported to the Baytown Jail where she was found to also be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. As a result Angelica was booked on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
