Dyer charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On May 18^th at 9:10 a.m. officers were clearing an abandoned building in the 1200 block of North Alexander when they found a white male asleep on the floor. During their investigation officers found the male, identified as 45 year old Kenneth Dyer, to be in possession of marijuana. Dyer was placed under arrest and transported to the Baytown Jail where he was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
