On May 22nd at 10:22 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance in the 3400 block of Shady Hill. Upon arrival officers contacted the complainant and learned the she and her boyfriend, Dequon Ladner, had been in an argument but no assault took place. While on scene officers conducted a computer check of the subjects and learned that Ladner had an outstanding Felony warrant for Assault and a Class B Theft warrant out of Harris County. Ladner was placed under arrest and transported to the Baytown Jail where he was booked on those warrants.
