BPD Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Roseland Park


On October 17th at 4:38 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Roseland Park. Responding officers heard additional shots being fired from the area of Tri-City Beach and Hwy 99. Officer located a vehicle parked under the bridge, unoccupied. Officers then followed a path into the woods and came upon four males standing around a vehicle with the smell of marijuana in the air and several weapons, two rifles and two pistols, near the Jeep. All four suspects were detained while officers continued their investigation. During that investigation, officers learned that one of the weapons had the serial numbers obliterated.  All subjects, identified below, were transported to the Baytown Jail where they were charged with the following:
