Beer Run Turns Robbery As Witness Helps Employees

Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 2:30 pm, an unknown male walked into the Stripes, located at 7925 Howard Drive, in Houston, Texas. The male grabbed several 18 packs of beer and walked out of the store without making any attempts to pay for them. The complainant, who is a homeless male that was hanging out in front of the store, ran after the suspect as he was getting into his truck and jumped on his step rails. As the suspect started to drive away with the complainant hanging onto the side of the truck, a second suspect, the front passenger in the truck, pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the complainant. The complainant then jumped off the step rail as the truck sped off.  Houston PD #120674-20

Suspect description:
Suspect#1: Asian or Hispanic, 5'03"-5'06", skinny, 26-34 years of age, black hat, and black puffy jacket, baggy dark blue jeans, black hair in a ponytail.

Suspect#2 (front passenger): Hispanic, built up body frame, sleeve tattoos on both arms, black hoodie, short black hair, 40-49 years of age. Armed with a handgun.

Man breaks into the back door of a business, steals cash register


Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Burglary and Theft Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Burglary of a Building. 
 
On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at approximately 11:58 p.m., an unknown male suspect burglarized a business located in the 11800 block of Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas. Video surveillance captured the suspect breaking through the back door of the business to gain entry into the building. During the incident, the suspect stole the cash register and damaged a wall. The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction of travel.

Suspect Sought in Daytime Robbery in Northwest Houston

Monday, January 27, 2020 at 10:50 am, an unknown male entered the Big
Bear Food Store, located at 3801 Mangum, in Houston, Texas. The male
walked up to the employee, pulled out a handgun and demanded the money
from the cash register. The employee complied with the suspect and gave
him the money from the cash drawer. The suspect then ran out of the
store to the passenger seat of a silver Nissan sedan, possible a newer
model Nissan Versa. Houston PD #124351-20

Suspect
description: Black male, 20 to 30 years old, 5’10 to 6’0, 175 to 180
pounds, dark clothing, and red sandals with a gray and dark colored
sock. Handgun with an extended magazine.

Robbery Suspects Hit Market Just Before Closing Time

On Sunday, January 19, 2020 at 9:51 pm, two unknown males entered the Airline Market as they were about to close for the night, located at 5715 Airline Drive, in Houston, Texas. The males were armed with handguns and immediately went to the back office, which was occupied by two employees. The suspects pointed their handguns at the employees and forced them to the ground as they removed the money from the cash registers. Once the suspects had the money, they fled the business in an unknown direction. Houston PD #89643-20





Suspect #1: Unknown race male, checkered shirt with blue jeans, a green beanie with a blue bandana, wore gloves and used a handgun.

Suspect #2: Unknown race male, blue hoodie with blue jeans, black ski mask, wore gloves and used a handgun.

The victim suffered minor scratches and abrasions as a result of an assault from two suspects


On February 18th at 8:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a theft in the 3700 block of Garth Road. Upon arrival, officers contacted the complainant who advised she had met up with two males who were wanting to purchase an X-Box from her. the complainant reportedly allowed one of the males to hold the X-Box at which time the male pushed the complainant to the ground and the suspects fled the area in a white passenger car. The complainant reportedly held on the X-Box as the suspects fled, resulting in the complainant being drug a short distance by the vehicle before she let go. The complainant suffered minor scratches and abrasions as a result. The suspects were only described as 3-4 black males. Police are investigating.

Victim Robbed in Driveway as he Arrives at his Residence

On Monday, January 20, 2020 at 5:30 pm, the complainant arrived home and parked on the street in front of his residence at the 11000 block of Jutland, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that as he exited his truck and started to walk towards his front door, a white or silver sedan stopped in front of his driveway. An unknown male then exited the front passenger seat of the vehicle and ran towards the complainant while pointing a handgun at him. The suspect told the complainant not to move or he would shoot him and then demanded his property. The suspect took the complainant's cell phone and searched his pockets. The suspect then ran back to the vehicle and fled the scene. Houston PD # 92914-20





Suspect #1: Black male, 20 to 25 years old, all black clothing, used a handgun.

Suspect vehicle: White or silver four-door sedan, possibly a Nissan Altima

Suspects Wanted in South Houston Phone Store Robbery


Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Sunday, January 5, 2020 at 4:53 pm, three unknown males entered the AT&T Wireless, located at 8452 Gulf Freeway, in Houston, Texas. Two of the males walked up to the employee while pointing a handgun at her while the third suspect remained at the door as a lookout. The suspects demanded the money from the cash registers and the phones from the safe. The suspects removed the money from a register and then went to the back office and removed phones from the safe. The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction. Houston PD #21356-20

Suspect #1: Black male, 5’7 to 5’9, 150 to 160 pounds, black handgun
Suspect #2: Black male, 5’3 to 5’5, 100 to 130 pounds.

Female Robbed in Busy Parking Lot After Leaving Bank

On Monday, December 23, 2019 at 1:58 pm, the complainant was walking in the parking lot at the Thanh Binh Market, located at 6801 South Kirkwood, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that she had just walked out of the Bank of America, located in the same parking lot, and was walking to the store to buy groceries, when a white Chevrolet Silverado truck drove up to her. An unknown male then exited the back driver’s side door and quickly approached the complainant from behind. The male then forcibly grabbed the complainant’s purse off her shoulder and then got back into the truck and fled the scene. Houston PD #1688082-19

Vehicle description: 2005 to 2007 Chevrolet Silverado crew cab with large black and aluminum aftermarket wheelsThe complainant described the suspect as a Hispanic male, 30 to 33 years old, gray hoodie and khaki pants.

Suspects Point Gun at Victim as they Steal from his Truck

On Monday, January 27, 2020 at around 4:00 pm, the complainant had parked his company truck in front of a residence at the 11000 block of Burningbush Lane, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that he just finished some plumbing work inside of the residence and was walking back out to his truck when he noticed two unknown males stealing items from inside the vehicle. The complainant approached the suspects, at which time one of the suspects pointed a handgun at him and told him to go back inside the residence. The suspects quickly removed some equipment from the truck and then sped off in a silver Dodge Charger. No video available. Houston PD #125807-20

Robbery at Lee College


 On February 10th at 3:56 p.m., officers responded to a report of a robbery that had occurred at Lee College in the 200 block of Lee Drive. Upon arrival officers contacted the complainant and learned that the victim was standing outside one of the buildings on campus when he was approached by an unknown black male, wearing a black jacket, white shirt and blue jeans. The suspect began intimidating the victim while telling him he needed money to get to Galveston and was able to coerce the victim into going inside to an ATM and make a withdrawal. While the victim was making the withdrawal the suspect shoved his arm as if to hurry him along and as the money was dispensed the suspect took it. After the first withdrawal, the suspect coerced the suspect to make a second withdrawal and once that money was dispensed the suspect shoved the victim and took that money as well and fled the area.

Suspects Wanted in W. Houston Cell Phone Store Robbery

On Monday, February 3, 2020 at 6:45 pm, three unknown males entered the Verizon Wireless, located at 1051 Silber Road, in Houston, Texas. One of the males walked up to the employee while pointing a handgun at him and told him to take them to the back office. Once they were in the back office, the suspects demanded money and cell phones from the safe. The suspects were unable to access the safe, at which time; they then took money from the cash registers and fled the scene. Houston PD #160170-20

Suspect Sought After Using Credit Card Taken in Robbery


Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for credit card abuse.

On Saturday, January 25, 2020 at around 1:30 pm, an unknown male entered the All in One Food Mart, located at 9220 Clearwood, in Houston, Texas. The male used a credit card that had just been taken in an aggravated robbery (elderly) at the Walmart parking lot, located at 9598 Rowlett.

In the robbery incident, a 74-year-old female was loading her vehicle with groceries in the Walmart parking lot. An unknown male approached her from behind and forcibly grabbed her purse. The complainant then fell to the ground and was dragged a short distance until the suspect was able to gain control of her purse. The suspect fled the scene in a black sedan. Houston PD #116081-20

Victim Robbed by Possible Jugging Suspect in W.Houston

On Thursday, January 2, 2020 at around 11:35 am, the complainant was arriving home at her apartment complex at 3300 Sage, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that as she was walking to her apartment, an unknown male approached her from behind and forcibly grabbed her purse, causing her to fall to the ground. Once the suspect had her purse, he ran to an awaiting black Toyota Corolla that was parked in the parking garage.

The complainant stated that she had just come from the Wells Fargo at 5219 Richmond and believes that the suspects may have followed her home. The suspect had what appears to be a fake temporary plate on the vehicle. Houston PD #6009-20

Victim Robbed While Walking Home in North Houston

Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at around 12:45 pm, the complainant was
walking home at the 200 block of Norview, in Houston, Texas. The
complainant stated that a black four-door sedan pulled up next to him
and an unknown male exited the vehicle. The male then approached the
complainant while displaying a handgun and demanded his property. The
suspect threatened to shoot the complainant if he did not comply. The
complainant then handed the suspect his wallet and cell phone at which
time the suspect got back into his vehicle and fled the scene. Houston

description: Black male, 18 to 19 years old, 5’5 to 5’6, 130 to 150
pounds and light complexion. Had a tattoo under his left eye.

Violent Purse Snatching Caught on Camera in W. Houston

On Wednesday, December 4, 2019 around 10:44 am, the female complainant had parked her car in a business strip parking lot at 9318 Bellaire, in Houston, Texas. The complainant stated that an unknown male approached her and immediately snatched her purse from around her arm. The complainant stated that she held onto her purse when she fell to the ground as the suspect continued to drag her across the parking lot towards a light colored Toyota Camry. The suspect then punched the complainant in the back of the head and was able to wrestle the purse away.  The suspect got into the back passenger seat of the Toyota Camry and the vehicle sped away. Harris County DA Office involved after a report of a robbery at the Lakes of Madera Apartments


UPDATE: Late yesterday evening, 17-year-old Kain Lopez and 24 years old Tyler Lindmann, the two suspects officers quickly apprehended after the robbery occurred, were both charged with Aggravated Robbery through the Harris County District Attorney’s Office for their involvement in this case. Lopez is also facing an additional charge of Evading Arrest for running from responding officers





On February 3rd at 7:34 p.m., officers responded to a report of a robbery in progress at the Lakes of Madera Apartments. While enroute officers were advised that two white males had entered an apartment and robbed the occupants before fleeing in what was described as a tan van. Responding officers located the van in the area and attempted to conduct a stop on the vehicle, which came to a stop in the parking lot of the Texaco located at the intersection of North Main and West Baker. Upon stopping, the passenger of the vehicle exited the van carrying a handgun and fled on foot. only to be apprehended a short distance away by officers. The driver of the van remained in the van and was also taken into custody. Officers located items inside the van linking them to the robbery at the apartment, including multiple handguns and a rifle. This investigation is still very active as detectives are conducting interviews and follow up the investigation before contacting the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to determine what, if any, charges the two suspects will face.

Suspects Sought in North Houston GameStop Robbery


Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for a robbery by force.

On Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at about 7:30 pm, two unknown males walked into the GameStop, located at 5240 W. 34th, in Houston, Texas. One of the suspects ran behind the counter and grabbed one employee directing him to the back of the store.  The suspect then demanded that the employee give him the money from within the store.  The second suspect ran up to the employee behind the counter and struck him in the face. That suspect then demanded the money from the register. After taking the money from the registers, both suspects ran out of the store. Houston PD #3768-20 

Suspect #1: Black male, mid to late 20’s or early 30’s, 5’7 to 5’9, heavy-set, white hooded sweater with markings, possibly words, on the sleeve with what appears to be the Notorious B.I.G. album cover with a baby in a sitting position. Wore black bandana over his mouth and red shoes, held an unknown object.Suspect #2: Black male, 5’8 to 5’9, thin build, black sunglasses, a gray or light colored bandana over his mouth, a black hooded sweater, gray pants and black shoes.

Man who broke into a business and stole laptops


Houston Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Major Offenders Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Burglary of a Building. 
 
On Saturday, November 30, 2019, at approximately 9:43 a.m., a black male suspect burglarized an office building located in the 1700 block of Yorktown Street in Houston, Texas. Video surveillance captured the suspect forcing entry to the building. During the incident, the suspect stole three laptops from the business. The suspect fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction of travel.

Suspect Stabs Manager During Robbery in North Houston

On Saturday, January 18, 2020 at around 10:15 am, an unknown male entered the Family Dollar, located at 703 West Rankin, in Houston, Texas. The male walked around the store while looking at items down different isles. At one point, the store manager heard someone in the next isle opening a package and walked over to investigation. The store manager then saw an open knife package and noticed the male placing the knife into his pocket. The male then walked away from the manager and to the cashier while placing a shower curtain on the counter. While acting like he was going to pay for the item, the manager asked the male if he was going to pay for the knife that he had placed in his pocket. The male then suddenly pulled out the knife, grabbed the store manager from behind, and placed the knife to her throat while demanding the money from the cash register. While the cashier was attempting to open the register, the suspect then cut the store manager in the face with the knife, causing it to bleed. The suspect then reached over the counter, grabbed the money from the register, and fled the scene in an unknown direction. Houston PD #82632-20

Eight Armed Suspects Rob West Houston Area Business at 10732 West Bellfort


Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

On Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at 1:15 am, eight unknown suspects, all armed with weapons, forced entry into the Bombay Express, located at 10732 West Bellfort, in Houston, Texas.  As the employees were closing up for the night, they heard the glass break and saw the suspects. All of the employees then attempted to hide as the suspects made entry through the front door. The suspects then located the employees and stole their money, jewelry and cell phones. The suspects then focused on the gaming machines and were able to break into some of them with a hammer and take the money from the machines. During the robbery, the suspects fired their weapons on at least two occasions and assaulted one of the ten employees by striking him with a weapon, causing him to bleed. The suspects then fled the location possibly in a white Ford Explorer.

Suspect descriptions: Eight unknown suspects all wearing dark clothing with their faces concealed. The witnesses stated that during the robbery, some of the suspects were overheard speaking in Spanish.
